- "... 2. That partially estimating the re-convention urged by Mr. ELOY CELAYA ESCRIBANO against Mr. EDUARDO JAVIER GÓMEZ PIOZ and Ms. Mª ROSA CERVERA SARDÁ, I must CONVICT and I CONVICT them jointly:
a) To publicly recognize the right of authorship of Mr. ELOY CELAYA over the projects related to BIONIC TOWER, Couder Tennis School, People’s Republic of China Embassy Building in Madrid, in the web site of the re-convected www.bionictower-bvs.com or in any other advert, publication or similar related to any of these projects.
b) To specifically forbid the re-convected (Mr. EUDARDO JAVIER GÓMEZ PIOZ and Ms. Mª ROSA CERVERA SARDÁ) to use, reproduce, exploit and divulge the Project “BIONIC TOWER” without including the name as author of Mr. ELOY CELAYA. …"
